Product Description

KS-101 Capillary crystalline waterproof material waterproof material produced by the American imported equipment and raw materials. KS-101 is made of silicate cement, composed of the special treatment of a group of active compounds and quartz sand powder materials.

KS-101 contents chemical active substances which penetrate to concrete internal capillary channels through carrier, and react with free lime and water molecules , then forming crystallization which is insoluble in water . The crystallization can penetration into deep layer of the concrete , filling the pores and gap, at the end permanently stay in the concrete, densify the concrete, prevent water infiltration channel, thus permanently seal the concrete.

WF-802 HARDENER FOR EPOXY PRIMER

Product Description

Two-component epoxy coating, non-filling material, form complete coating system combining the next coating.

• Strong penetration force,filling the pores of concrete; as the sealer of cement concrete,nearly leave no film on the surface and infitrate the concrete thoroughly (penetration force≥1mm).
• Good miscibility with multiple varnishes, low contraction percentage after hardening.
• The film formed has excellent adhesion and chemical resistance to the concrete.

Application Reference

1. Mix the coating and hardener according to the ratio(1:1), stirit evenly and adequately, then place it in standing for about 25 min;
2. The construction methods of roller coating, brush coating and spray coating can be applied;
3. Construction environment temperature no less than 5 ℃, and relative humidity no more than 85%;
4. Substrate moisture content no higher than 8%, maintenance of over 1 month for new cement ground, and wate break processing is suggested for construction substrate if it is ground floor;
5. Use appropriate protective equipment to avoid the direct contact between the product and the skin;
6. The tools should be cleaned with the natched diluent immediately after use.

Application Reference

1. Ensure the substrate to be smooth, clean, solid and dry with primer painted.
2. Mix the coating and hardener according to the ratio (4:1), stir it evenly and adequately, add aggregate of 1-5 times in accordance with the requirement and start the comstruction after stirring well.
3. Trowel with flat scraper in the construction.
4. Construction environment temperature no less than 5℃, and relative humidity no more than 85%.
5. Use appropriate protective equipment to avoid the direct contact between the product and the sikn.
6. The tools should be cleaned with the matched diluent immediately after use.

Construction Techniques

1. Water-proof treatment: the water-proof treatment to the ground is required for the first floor;
2. Original floor processing: polishing, mending and eliminating dust according to the original floor condition;
3. Epoxy prime coating: one layer of epoxy prime coating of strong permeability and adhesion with roller coating to enhance the surface adhesion;
4. Epoxy putty: layers of epoxy resin added with appropriate putty, coating with the trowel evenly;
5. Epoxy surfacer coating: coating two layers of solvent surfacer, and the whole surface will be bright and clean with uniform color and without empty drum after construction;
6. Glazing;
7. Construction completed: bear people after 24 hours and heavy load after 72 hours.
